01 —Pricing
One number. No asterisks doing heavy lifting.
$49 a month with a six-month minimum, or $499 if you’d rather pay for the year and think about it never. Both include the same thing: two comprehensive lab panels a year with physician visits and clinical review, your trend dashboard, scheduling support, price discovery for outside care, and itemized receipts built for HSA reimbursement. No enrollment fee. No tiers with asterisks.
The membership, as an object
$49.00/month
six-month minimum · then month to month
Overdue is a membership, not health insurance, and not a substitute for emergency care. Keep your major medical coverage.
02 —The terms
Every line, in full view.
A membership should read like a receipt, not a riddle. This is the whole thing.
- Monthly
$49.00 / month
Six-month minimum to start — then month to month.
- Annual
$499.00 / year
The same membership, paid once — $89 less than twelve monthly payments.
- Enrollment fee
$0.00
There isn't one. The first number is the whole number.
- At your included visits
No additional charge
No additional charge at your included visits — the door is already paid for through your membership.
- After six months
Month to month
After your first six months, cancel anytime from your dashboard — no calls, no forms, no exit interviews.
03 —The honest part
Why a six-month minimum
Because the product is a rhythm, not a transaction. The value of Overdue shows up across time — a panel, a physician review, a trend line, a second panel that tells you which direction you’re moving.
Six months ensures you experience at least one full cycle of that instead of a single snapshot. After six months, you’re month to month. We’d rather earn month seven than lock you into it.
04 —Built for your HSA
You saved that money for healthcare.
Your monthly receipt itemizes the medical-practice portion and the Overdue platform-services portion, so you can see what may be eligible for HSA reimbursement and export documentation in one click. Eligibility depends on current rules and your HSA administrator — we make the paperwork easy; we don't make tax determinations.

When you’d pay more — and how you’ll know first
Care outside the membership
Imaging, specialist visits, and medications aren’t part of the membership, and we won’t pretend they are. You pay those providers directly at transparent cash prices — and the price always comes before the appointment, never after.

If a result needs ongoing management, your physician may recommend moving into the practice's full primary-care membership — typically around $95–110 per month depending on the practice. Nothing changes without a clear conversation first.
06 —The Founding 50
Not a cheaper version. The earliest and most direct version.
The first 50 members don’t get a discount — they get proximity. A direct line to the team building this, a real voice in how the membership evolves, and a founding rate that stays put for as long as you stay a member.
50 founding memberships · same clinical care, same included visits · enrollment opens as a waitlist, not a checkout.
What founding means
- 01The standard $49 monthly price — no discount, no premium
- 02Your rate locked for life while your membership stays active
- 03One complimentary add-on panel in your first year
- 04A direct support line, not a ticket queue
- 05A real voice in how the experience takes shape
