Your results, as a story you can actually follow.

This is the member dashboard: every panel on a timeline, your visits and receipts in one legible place, and your physician's review attached to the numbers it explains.

Sample dashboard · fictional demo data. Nothing below is a real person, result, or outcome.

07Your health, over time

One lab result is a data point. Two a year is a direction.

Most people see their bloodwork as a scattered pile of portal logins and half-remembered numbers. Your Overdue dashboard puts every panel on a timeline — trending across visits, in plain language, with your physician's review attached. Not just “are you sick today,” but “where are you headed, and is it working?”

Your results and records belong to you and your physician's practice. The dashboard just makes them legible. All values above are fictional demonstration data.

08If something turns up

If your results ask for more, there's a next chapter — not a cliff.

Sometimes a panel finds something that deserves ongoing attention: blood pressure that needs managing, a thyroid that needs following, a plan that needs more than two touchpoints a year. First, your physician walks you through it — what it means, and what your options are.

If a result needs ongoing management, your physician may recommend moving into the practice's full primary-care membership — typically around $95–110 per month depending on the practice. Nothing changes without a clear conversation first.

Same physician, same records, same no-surprise pricing philosophy. No re-explaining your history to a stranger. No starting over. Overdue is the front door; if you need the whole house, it's already yours to walk into. And if you don't, the two panels a year keep doing exactly what they should.

Full primary care membership is offered directly by the independent physician practice; pricing is set by the practice. Moving up is always your choice, never a requirement.
